It appears as if the Brontosaurus (excuse me, Apatasaurus as of the late '90's WTF?) and Ben Franklin are embroiled in a heated political debate, and the robot has to intervene and keep them separated. Oh, the meaning of it all!
That is exactly what is happening. Ben Franklin is telling that dinosaur what's what and the robot is like, "Please, don't chomp Ben Franklin! Can't we all just get along?!"
